Prepare tamarind juice soak 1/2 tblspn tamarind in 3 tblspn of hot water for 10 min. Mash ot with spn strain it and doscard the splids

Add toor daal turmeric powder and 1 cup water in 3 4 ltr cup. Addixed vegetables in a small comtainer place it inside the pressure cooker and close the cooker on medium flamr for 3 whistles. For this receipie we used 1/4 cup potato, brinjal, carrot and french beans for mixed vegetables

Heat 1 tblspn oil in a pan or kadai over medium flame add mustard seeds. Add curry lraves dry red chillies asafoetida for 15 minutes

Add chopped onion

Add tamarind juice and cookr for 2 mim

Add tomatoes and sambhar powder cook for minute

Add mashed dAl vegetables water salt

Boil ot for 7 minutes

And you are ready with your dish
