Ingredients

40 minutes
2 people
  1. 1 cuprice
  2. 1.5 cupwater
  3. 1onion
  4. 1 inchpiece ginger
  5. 5green chillies
  6. 1 bunchcoriander leaves
  7. 1 tbspurad dall
  8. 1 tspcumin seeds
  9. to tastesalt
  10. 1 tspchana daal
  11. 1 tspmustard seeds
  12. 1 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

40 minutes

    Soak rice overnight and grind coarsely

  2. 2

    Add oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, Chana Daal, urad Daal then add crushed ginger

  3. 3

    Add onion, green chillies and then add water. When water comes to boil add salt and then add rice rava. Cook for 15 minutes with lid on.

    Then. Mix the mixture well and further cook for ten minutes and switch off the flame.

  5. 5

    Serve with mango pickle
