BlackBerry pie
This is my grandma's recipe from start to finish.
Cooking Instructions

You wil need a double layered pie crust

In a large bowl mix BlackBerries, cornstarch, lemon juice and sugar together.

Fill your bottom pie crust with BlackBerry mixture.

Put top layer crust fastening on edges.
- 5
Make egg wash and brush gently on top crust you wont need it all
- 6
Bake at 400 for 45 minuts to an hour on a shallow pan BlackBerries will boil over. The pie is done when crust is brown and berries are bubling.
