  1. 1 cupyellow moong dal
  2. 1/2 cupgreen moong dal
  3. 1/4 cupurad dal
  4. 2-3green chillies
  5. 1 tspginger
  6. 1 tspeno
  7. 1/2 tbspoil
  8. to tastesalt
  9. 1 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tspblack salt
  11. 1/2 tspcumin seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak dals for around 45mins

  2. 2

    Grind it into a smooth paste

  3. 3

    Add all the spices

  4. 4

    Add few drops of oil in every cavity of appe pan

  5. 5

    Add around 1 spoon of batter to every cavity

  6. 6

    Cover the lid and cook it on low to medium flame

  7. 7

    Flip and cook it again

  8. 8

    Serve with green chutney or ketchup
