    Wash the meat and cut.

    Add chopped onions,ginger, and garlic.

    Add Seasonings and water.

    Cook the meat until soft.

    Add the cooked meat into a mortar.

    Add scotch bonnet and pound till soft.

  7. 7

    Add a little oil in a pan and add the meat and stir.

  8. 8

    Keep stirring until golden brown.

  9. 9

    Enjoy.
