  3. 5medium Scotch bonnet
  4. 3large onion
  5. 2small tomato
  6. 2 tbspCry fish

  10. V/oil 4 tpsp
  11. 1/2 tspCurry
  12. 1/2 tspSpices
  13. Black pepper
  14. Ginger pest
  15. 1 tinAgushi/egusi
  16. Garlic for need

Cooking Instructions

    Wash ur better leaf with salt and clean water.. and set aside

  2. 2

    Wash and grated ur tomoto, onion and Scotch bonnet, half cook it and set a side.

    Cook ur meat with Maggie, onion, seasoning, curry and spices and set aside

  4. 4

    Prep ur yummy Egushi Stew.... Starting by fry v/oil and p/oil + onion, add in egushi fry for 3-5 minutes at low heat.

    Add in ur kayan Miya, add in ur meat and crayfish follow with meat stock, or ki tsaida ruwan nama.

    Add in Maggie, ginger pest, b/pepper garlic stirred and cover then allow it to cook for like 5 minute,

    Add in ur better leef and slice onion, let it simmer. Serve with pounded yam or rice swallow.
