I love rusk using leftover crust, so I devised this recipe.

Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1 loafBread crusts
  2. 120 gramsButter
  3. 5 tbspGranulated sugar
  4. 2 tbspSkim milk
  5. 1 tbspMatcha

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 300C/150C. Meanwhile cut the bread crusts roughly then toss well with melted butter in a large bowl.

    In another bowl, stir the sugar, skim milk, and matcha.

  3. 3

    Transfer Step 2 to Step 1, then mix evenly to coat in green.

  4. 4

    Spread baking paper on an oven tray and scatter Step 3, avoiding piling on top of each other. Bake in the oven at 300F/150C for 20-30 minutes.
