My son requested this.

I've taken the salt in the butter into account and gone easy on the soy sauce, but please adjust the amount to your taste. Recipe by umemodoki

Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 2bunches Spinach
  2. 3 tbspCorn kernels (frozen or canned)
  3. 1 tbspButter
  4. 1 tspplus Usukuchi soy sauce
  5. 1Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Blanch the spinach, cut into about 5 cm pieces, and wring out tightly.

  2. 2

    Melt the butter in a frying pan and lightly stir fry the spinach.

  3. 3

    Add the corn and continue stir frying. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle in the soy sauce, mix lightly and it's done.
