It's a great drinking appetizer. If you don't have fresh corn, use canned corn instead. If you add too much fish sauce it will become too salty, so please adjust the amount depending on how much corn you have. For 1 serving (from 1 corn on the cob). Recipe by Ponie

Butter & Soy Sauce Chicken Sauté
The is a simple, yet fashionable french-style meat dish: the ever-popular chicken sauté. I take this to my husband's families' house every Christmas. I always decorated with red or green bell peppers. The butter and soy sauce flavor is so good and this dish is incredibly easy to make.Start cooking the chicken on the skin-side. If there's not enough oil, it will burn quite easily. When you flip the chicken over, wipe away an excess oil. When making the sauce, if you add a little garlic or miso to the onion, the flavour will be a bit different, but still delicious. Butter & Soy Sauce Chicken Saute
I love vinegar, so I would make a perfect vinegar taste tester.Out of all the recipes I cook, this is far best my favorite. Some years ago I made this recipe in an attempt to recreate a dish I had in a restaurant, and have been making it ever since. As the soy sauce is supposed to provide most of the flavor, only add a little bit of salt to season. After cooking, taste and add more if needed. My son pours the sauce over rice to eat it up.If you make too much sauce, put shredded lettuce, or any of your favorite veggies on top of a bowl of rice and add the meat! It's also really good if used in a chicken rice bowl. Recipe by +pocopoco+

Asparagus and Potatoes Sautéed in Butter and Soy Sauce
I received a lot of Hokkaido-grown asparagus, so I fried them together with Hokkaido potatoes! Inspired by the taste of buttered potatoes, I came up with the idea to make a simple butter and soy sauce sauté.The key is not to burn the potatoes or onions! Carefully watch while cooking. Frying in olive oil is the healthiest. Butter is added after frying to maintain its flavor. The combination of the sweetness of onions brings out the sweetness of the asparagus. Recipe by yaburie

Oyster and Spinach Gratin with Soy Milk and White Miso Sauce
This gratin with Japanese sauce is a family favorite. Miso and cheese are both fermented foods, and they go really well together. I like adding soy milk to this sauce, instead of milk. I thought about the nutrients that are beneficial for the body during winter, like iron, for instance, which strengthens the immune system. And that's how I came up with this recipe.Cook the oysters thoroughly in Step 4 to prevent them from being undercooked.I removed the skin from the salmon for children, but you can cook it with the skin still on.The sauce made with rice flour doesn't form lumps, so you can make this sauce without fail.
