Salome in Bima city are a favorite snack in the form of skewers, in Java there is also a kind of food called cilok and cireng. Because Bima city also has a lot of marine products, these snacks are usually made with some fish.I wonder who gave them the name "SALOME" in a kind of meatballs do not fry food is. It's clear that Salome was first present in Bima, introduced by migrants from Java (circa 2010-2011). They were the first to sell the famous salome as cheap, fun, and quite popular snacksInitially only children liked Salome, but now Salome is loved by all people. This makes Salome a very attractive snack to sell. In addition not being too complicated to make, selling salome is a promising business. The benefits are doubled!Salome also enjoyable with vegetables such as cabbage and carrots. Here is the recipe ... Dapoer-Indonesia @ us
