Ingredients

30 minutes
6 servings
  1. Mackerel 1 kilo
  2. 200 mlWater
  3. 5 pcsTomato
  4. 1onion diced
  5. 3 clovesgarlic
  6. 200 gramsPakchoi
  7. 5 gramsAll spice
  8. Salt and Pepper
  9. Frying oil

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Clean the Mackerel and cut into 4 equal parts

  2. 2

    Fry for 2 minutes both sides and set aside

  3. 3

    Sauté the onion followed by the garlic then the tomato.

  4. 4

    Add the macarel,then add the water. Cover and let boil. Add the Pakchoi,all spice, salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.

    Serve and Enjoy!
