Cooking Instructions

Clean the Mackerel and cut into 4 equal parts

Fry for 2 minutes both sides and set aside

Sauté the onion followed by the garlic then the tomato.

Add the macarel,then add the water. Cover and let boil. Add the Pakchoi,all spice, salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Serve and Enjoy!
