  3. Salt for Sprinkle
  4. 1 tbspcorn starch

    Peel potatoes then use French fries cutter for proper shape.

    Now wash it with cold water.

    Pat dry it with paper towel sprinkler corn starch so it water absorbed.

    Heat oil in a fryer. Now fry these potatoes fries for 10 minutes.

    Let it become golden brown then strain oil. Keep on paper towel so oil will absorb. Sprinkle salt. Serve it with ketchup.
