Bread Crumbs & Nuts Simple Chocolate Crunch

I wanted to use the candy cups I bought at the 100 yen store, so I thought of making chocolate candy for Valentine's Day.
As it's cheap and easy to make, it's perfect as a courtesy chocolate gift, haha.

If you dry the bread crumbs and nuts in a frying pan first, you'll get an even better crunch and flavor.
For the nuts anything is okay, such as almonds, walnuts, peanuts, etc. Recipe by rie373

Ingredients

12 servings
  1. 1Lotte Ghana Milk Chocolate
  2. 30 gramsPanko
  3. 20 gramsYour favorite nuts (almonds, etc)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Finely mince the chocolate and nuts. I used whole roasted almonds.

  2. 2

Melt the chocolate using a double boiler. Add the panko and nuts and mix well.

  3. 3

Make into bite-sized pieces and chill in the refrigerator. I recommend using silicon candy wrappers for neat shapes and it'll also be easy to remove.

  4. 4

Once they've hardened, they're complete. The texture of the crispy panko and the crunchy nuts is the best.

  5. 5

Modify the amount of panko and nuts to your tastes. 30 g of panko gives a pretty light taste.

  6. 6

I recommend this recipe. Simple Chocolate Crunch Large Mushroom Mountain.
