Stir-Fried Komatsuna and Shimeji Mushooms with Oyster Sauce

I often make this when I want to eat a lot of komatsuna.

Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 200 gramsPork (thinly sliced)
  2. 1 bunchKomatsuna
  3. 1packet Shimeji mushrooms
  4. ☆Seasoning ingredients:
  5. 1 tbspSoy sauce
  6. 1 tspOyster sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces. Cut the stems off the shimeji mushrooms, and separate each of the mushrooms.

    Cut the komatsuna into 3-4 cm wide pieces, and wash in water.

  3. 3

    Add 1 tablespoon of oil into a frying pan, and stir-fry the pork over high heat.

  4. 4

    When it's cooked through, add the stem parts of komatsuna, and shimeji mushrooms, and continue stir-frying for 2-3 minutes.

    Add the leaves of komatsuna.

  6. 6

    When the komatsuna becomes soft and wilted, add the ☆ seasoning ingredients and mix it all together. Then you're all done!
