Easy Egg Drop Soup with Mitsuba

My mom taught me this recipe.
You can also make delicious soup with dashi stock granules and water.

When adding the eggs to the pot, stir them really well with chopsticks.

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 bunchMitsuba
  2. 2Eggs (small or medium)
  3. 800 mlDashi stock
  4. 2 tbsp★ Sake
  5. 1 tsp★ Salt
  6. 1 tspplus ~ ★ Soy sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Add the ★ ingredients to the dashi stock, and bring to a boil.

    Cut the mitsuba into 4 cm lengths, and add to Step 1. Turn the heat to high, beat in the eggs, and swirl into the pot.
