Crispy Garlic French Bread in a Bread Machine
I wanted to make French bread without using French bread flour. For the slits, roughly 5 mm is ideal. Don't make them too shallow or deep. Regarding the baking temperature and time: our oven s a rotating dish so it's difficult to brown things well, which is why I set the temperature so high. I baked for 22 minutes. Recipe by emakatu

Made in a Bread Maker Onion Bread
I created this recipe to use up cheese It takes longer, but it will taste better when you pan-fry the onion used during Step 3.Please adjust the water content, and temperature depending on the flour you use and the season. I baked in a microwave with the oven setting. Please adjust the temperature and baking time according to your oven. When you are using unsalted butter, add 0.2 g of salt. I cut the dough into half during Step 4, but the shape will be more settled if you cut it into 3 and braid them. It's a braided bread in the Top picture. Recipe by SALASA

Zapiekanki - Polish Pizza Bread

Fluffy Egg Salad Rolls in a Bread Machine
I know egg salad sandwiches are a standard dish, but because I love those eggs so much I tried folding it inside some bread. It turned out delicious and became a regular item in our family's home. The bread is done when its surface is slightly browned. For 10 servings. Recipe by EnjoyKitchen

Low-Calorie Tonkatsu (Japanese style pork cutlet in bread crumbs)
My kids love Tonkatsu- Japanese style deep fried pork cutlets but I hate to deep fry, with all the extra oil and calories, So I pan-fried and let the oven do the rest. You can cut extra calories by using tenderloin instead of the usual loin which is much leaner.

skunk bread with olive and without olive

Filled bread balls
Great as a little snack or as a whole light dinner, if you eat about 2 or 3 of them.. Very easy to make a whole bunch of them too!

Simple Walnut Bread Rolls
I kept these simple so that they could be eaten for dinner. You can use strong milky tea for the liquid instead.Raw walnuts should be roasted in a 150°C (not preheated) oven for 15 to 20 minutes.I put the in walnuts in at the beginning as my daughter likes it this way, but if you want them to be more prominent in the bread, add them halfway through. Rusk-style Bread Crusts
I love 5 slice (2.4-cm thick) sandwich bread, but it's hard to divide among three people! When I baked these up, they were a big hit! Since we are big eaters, this recipe was created out of desperation!I'm envious of families where everyone eats only 1 slice of bread each. Just today, my son ate 3 slices plus these bread crusts.Every toaster oven is different, so adjust this to suit your oven; bake these to the point where you think they might have baked for a bit too long. Keep an eye on them or they'll burn! Recipe by Team yokin

Leinenkugel Beer Bread
Homemade bread, with a delicious twist! Baked in a Cast Iron dutch oven.

Baked Potato Bread
I had just half a serving of kinton leftover, so I made this.It seemed like it'd be okay to add in more kinton, but it would make the bread heavy, so I kept it on the light side. Adjust the quantity to your preference. Recipe by Makunouchi

Ham and Mayonnaise Bread
I made a type of bread that my children love. These are delicious topped with cheese instead of mayonnaise.Use black pepper instead of dried parsley for a grown-up flavor! When you are eating these the next day, wrap them up in plastic wrap and heat them in the microwave for 30 seconds just before eating, and they'll be soft and delicious. Fluffy Moist Anpan (Bread Roll filled with Anko)
I wanted to stuff my mouth with freshly baked anko bread, so I came up with this recipe after many experimentation. The length of time it takes to bake the bread will depend on your oven, so keep and eye on the oven. I think they'd look cute and be a lot easier for kids to eat if you make mini anpan by halving the quantity of dough and anko you use for each bun. Recipe by Kaorucchi

Beer bread

Crispy Sausage Bread With Black Sesame Seeds

Soft and Sweet Walnut Bread
I really liked the sweet, soft, and moist walnut bread from a bakery when I was in college. Most walnut bread is hard with a lean taste, but I really miss the bread from that bakery, and I think I have come close to the taste.Brown sugar is rich and its sweetness goes the best with walnuts, so I recommend using it the most. I added in a bit of maple syrup to give it a moist texture. You can also use honey. Please sprinkle with a bit of powder when working with this if you need it. It might be tastier cooled than when freshly baked. For 6. Recipe by Dokintan

Chinsuko (Okinawan Cookies) with Cake or Bread Flour
I've made these many times using cake flour, but since I had leftover bread flour, I used bread flour instead. To my surprise, the bread flour version turned out to be tastier than the cake flour version. The cookies will be pipping hot right out of the oven, so be cautious when snacking on them!! When using bread flour, increase the amount of olive oil. If the cookies start to burn, turn off the heat and cook with the residual heat. I used beet sugar and olive oil, but you can use plain sugar and vegetable oil. Recipe by Nyagao

Sweet and Fluffy Honey Cookie Bread
I wanted to make a bread that would be a hit with the kids, so I came up with a strongly honey flavored cookie bread. Both the bread dough and the cookie dough have lots of honey in them! When freshly baked these are very crispy, and after some time they turn soft and tender. They're not just popular with kids, they're a hit with adults too! There's a generous amount of cookie dough in the recipe, so you can use a lot of it as topping. When the buns are still hot out of the oven you can't really taste them properly, so wait until they have cooled down a bit so that the cookie part is crispy. ♪ When the buns are completely cooled they become soft and moist. If you warm them up a bit in a toaster oven, they'll become crispy again! Recipe by Toiroiro

Chinsuko Cookies - All-Purpose or Bread Flour
♪Thank you for 200 reviews♪I try to avoid store-bought snacks... This is easy and can be baked in just 15 minutes! (≧∇≦)The origin of this recipeI often make these with all-purpose flour, but I wanted to use up some leftover bread flour, so I tried it. It might actually be tastier this way, haha.

Cream-filled Rolls in a Bread Maker
I made these because one of my kids asked me to make cream rolls. Whole Wheat Flour and Olive Oil Square Bread (One Loaf)
I made this with healthy oil and whole wheat flour, along with walnuts. This tastes great, even without butter. The soft dough is sticky and bit hard to handle and mold, but it remains really soft even the next day!I'm quite pleased with the way it turned out.I added in the walnuts directly this time, but it is even more delicious if you roast them a bit before baking. The dough is a bit sticky, so please sprinkle with flour when it gets difficult to handle. Please adjust the baking time and temperature according to your household oven.Or you could just bake it in the bread maker. Dark Bread
A savory dark bread we used dipping into our chili. If you use vinegar in this recipe remember it's acidic. Acid counters yeast and hinder it's rising, but it also counters gluten and breaks it down and cause it to become very sticky and a bit harder to work with. It's a welcomed flavour to this bread. A couple of tablespoons of vinegar about 3% acidity would be nice.

Simple Potato Bread
I made these rolls with some hints from Irish soda bread. A lot of these recipes use eggs and taste more like muffins, but I don't like them so much, so I modified the recipe and made it like bread.Since you'll be baking these rolls at a high temperature for a short time to give them a crispy outer layer, make sure to preheat your oven. For 8 rolls. Recipe by Nooko

Braided Bread with Rounds
The bread came out so very soft and fluffy. The rounds were so good but the bottom of them turned hard on the second day, but the bread was perfect. I had my rounds on the bottom rack of the oven which is gas. I am thinking they may have gotten too hot. We have 2 racks in the oven. The granddaughters wouldn't stop eating the braided bread.
