Easy Banana Bread with Pancake Mix

I came up with this banana bread that anybody can make easily and doesn't require butter or a scale.

Baking times vary depending on the oven, so please watch your banana bread while it bakes. If it looks like it's getting too brown, cover the top with aluminium foil. Anybody, even people who have never cooked sweets before, can easily make this without messing up. Recipe by Orenjiringu

Mash the banana slices until they look like this.

  4. 4

Add the beaten egg, sugar, vegetable oil, and milk into the bowl from Step 3, and mix with a whisk.

  5. 5

Add the pancake mix into Step 4.

  6. 6

Fold in the mix with a spatula.

  7. 7

Pour the batter into a mold lined with a parchment paper.

  8. 8

Bake in an oven heated to 170℃ (340℉) for about 40 minutes.

  9. 9

Poke with a skewer, and if it comes out clean, it's done.

  10. 10

※When you are using muffin cups, fill to about 60~70 %, and bake for 20~30 minutes♪

  11. 11

I used a bag of pancake mix containing 150 g. If you have a bag with 200 g, please remember reduce the amount used to 150 g
