I've been experimenting making different kinds of sweets using rice flour. This banana bread was the biggest hit among my family members.

Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 2☆ Bananas
  2. 70 mlSoy milk
  3. 2 tbspCanola oil
  4. 2 tbspBrown sugar
  5. 150 gramsRice flour
  6. 30 gramsAlmond flour
  7. 2 tspBaking powder
  8. 2 pinchSalt
  9. 1Brown cane sugar (for topping)
  10. 1Walnuts (for topping)

Cooking Instructions

    Mash the bananas and mix with the ☆ ingredients.

    In a separate bowl, mix together all of the ingredients except for the topping ingredients.

  3. 3

    Add the wet ingredients from Step 1 to the dry ingredients from Step 2, and mix until evenly combined.

    Pour the batter into a pound cake mold, top with brown cane sugar and crushed walnuts, then bake for 40 minutes at 180℃.

    When you insert a skewer and it comes out clean, it's cooked through. Wrap in aluminum foil until it cools to give it a moist finish.
