Ingredients

  1. 2&1/2cups of couscous
  2. 1Titus sardine
  3. Mixed spices, 2 seasoning cubes & 1/2tspn of salt
  4. Scotchbonnet & onion
  5. 1/4 cupvegetable oil
  6. 1&1/2cup of hot water
  7. Crushed dried cress

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add the couscous in a flask, ad the spices,oil, salt & cube, add the grated scotchbonnets & onions, mixed and add the hot water, allow it for 5mins.

    Add the sardine & mix everything together. Serve & enjoy. Served with fish soup.
