Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmix of vegetable oil and olive oil

  3. chickpeas
  4. 1 tablespoonturmeric
  5. 1 tablespoonginger
  6. 1 tablespoonblack pepper

  9. chicken
  10. water
  11. potatoes, as desired
  12. carrots
  13. turnips
  14. zucchini or squash, or both
  15. cilantro

Cooking Instructions

    Use a pot and add the following ingredients: onion, the cup of vegetable and olive oil, turmeric, ginger, black pepper, chickpeas, and chicken. Add 1 1/2 liters of water and let them cook.
