I got this from the residual of Pineapple juice after sieving,can be used for Pineapple cake ,sauce or muffin😘#yclass

I'm not really a.smoothie person, I always prefer to eat my fruit straight or juice then.But I forgot my really delicious pineapple overnight in the freezer at my sister's place, so instead of allowing it to go to waste,I decide yo.make it into a smoothie for the children to enjoy and trust me it turned out really yum.So here this really fast and simple frozen pineapple and banana smoothie.

I tested out a theory and I was amazed by how I could actually recycle my dried ginger, garlic and turmeric. It can be used in all things. Food, tea etc

I used the whole part of okra but removed the stick part 💃I was tired of beef,I did not have fish,so I used Ponmo 😃

I got tired of tomatoes stew, so I decided to make something different....So I came up with carrot paste stew. The good thing about it is that it’s so nutritious to the body unlike our normal stew.

Do you know that theee a variant of paw paw that's red in colour?That particular variant is really sweet and very juicy too. , so I paired that with some water melon and frozen pineappe to make this really yum glass smoothie and it was a hit.So here's my to go recipes and procedure and hoping you will try it out and let's compare notes.

This recipe is not unique in anyway. I might be wrong about how I did mine, but it came out fine for me.

It's a 💥,i used fresh habanero Pepper for it ,use hot water to extract the paste to get a creamy consistency

I added lil organic Turmeric to the paste to give this dish a NEXT LEVEL AROMA AND TASTE,at the same time using up my beetcarrot paste in the freezer

I've been trying to perfect this recipe for a couple of years. I love yoghurt, so it's great to be able to make at home easily.

I had much,power outage made me bring them out from the freezer to blend and use when needed

I use ginger garlic paste a lot so I decided why not share this recipe with you. You can store it in d fridge for 8-14 days or in d freezer for up to a month. I hope you guys will find this helpful

This is a quick dinner I made at home with ingredients I had. I switched normal curry to Thai curry red paste and it came out delicious. Serve with rice or sweet potato mash.
