  2. 6-7Fresh Carrom leaves
  3. 1big Onion
  4. As per tasteSalt
  5. 1-2green chilli
  6. Pinchturmeric powder
  7. 1/4 tspRed chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspAsafoetida
  9. 3 tbsBesan
  10. 1 tbspRice flour
  11. 1 tbspDry coriander seeds
  12. 1 tspFennel seeds
  13. 1 tspBlack pepper
  14. As neededOil for fry

    Peel n chopped keiry into Julians. Chopped some small pieces. Wash and Make jullians of Fresh Carrom leaves
    Slices of onion.chopped green chili grated ginger. Add salt Asofoetida turmeric powder and red chili powder and mix all ingredients in a bowl.

    Now take dry coriander seeds fennel seeds and black pepper in a khul Batta and courtly muddle. And Mix properly in a mixing bowl mixture. Leave it for 10min.

    Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan.
    Now add besan and rice flour to a mixture. Mix well with fingers add2-4tbsp. Water mix properly and drop bhajji in uneven shape by fingers. Fry on a mid. Slow flame till looks crispy and golden brown. (Or fry 2 times for crispiness)Tasty delicious Ajwaain Keiry Kanda bhaji is ready to Serve.
