Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprava
  2. 1 tspvegetable oil
  3. 1 tspghee
  4. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  5. 1/2 tspurad daal
  6. 1/2 tspchana Daal
  7. 6curry leaves
  8. 1onion
  9. 2green chillies
  10. as per tasteSalt
  11. as per tasteSugar
  12. as per needWater

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes

    Dry roast the sooji or rava in a pan lightly and keep aside

  2. 2

    In a kadai take vegetable oil and ghee and add mustard seeds, urad daal, chana daal, curry leaves and fry lightly

  3. 3

    Add the sliced onions and chilli and fry

  4. 4

    Now add the roasted rava and fry with the other masalas. Add salt and sugar to taste and keep stirring

  5. 5

    Add water and stir continuously till it absorbs water and gets cooked

  6. 6

    Finally add few more curry leaves and squeeze lemon slice at the end and serve hot
