I created this recipe to help kids get their vegetables. I modified the recipe several times, and finally I succeeded in making fluffy bread.
Since I use carrots with the skins, there's hardly any waste. It's an environmentally conscious bread.

When you are using carrots with the skins on, use the freshest available.
I use National's bread maker [SD-BH10].
When you are cutting the bread, wait until it's completely cooled so that it won't fall apart. Recipe by Hisakiguruguru

  6. 1/2 tspSalt
  7. 140 mlMilk
  8. 1 tspInstant dry yeast

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Wash the carrots well, and grate with the skins on.

  2. 2

Put all the ingredients except for the dry yeast in a bread maker. Then add the dry yeast into the yeast compartment.

  3. 3

Set the setting for "standard course", and just leave the rest to the bread maker.

  4. 4

It's also tasty if you add raisins. In that case, put 30 - 40 g of raisins to the machine with the other ingredients.
