Easy Ginger Pork

Everyone in our family loves this ginger pork.
Dusting the pork with flour helps the sauce coat the meat really well, and makes this dish delicious. Recipe by Juri- mama
Cooking Instructions

Season the pork with salt and pepper, and lightly coat with plain flour.

Combine the sauce ingredients.

Heat a frying pan, add a little oil, and pan-fry the pork. When it's golden brown, turn it over, and pan-fry.

Transfer the pan-fried pork to a plate.

In the same frying pan, add the sauce from Step 2, and bring to a boil. When it starts to boil, put the pork back into the pan, and coat with the sauce.

Transfer the pork to a serving plate, garnish with vegetables of your choice, such as cabbage, and it's ready.
