Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 200 gramsSliced pork loin, or thinly sliced pork loin
  2. 1 dashSalt and pepper
  3. 1Plain flour
  4. For the sauce:
  5. 1/2 tbspSugar
  6. 1 tbspSoy sauce
  7. 1 tbsp☆ Sake
  8. 1 tbspMirin
  9. 1/2 tbsp☆ Grated ginger

Cooking Instructions

    Season the pork with salt and pepper, and lightly coat with plain flour.

    Combine the sauce ingredients.

  3. 3

    Heat a frying pan, add a little oil, and pan-fry the pork. When it's golden brown, turn it over, and pan-fry.

    Transfer the pan-fried pork to a plate.

  5. 5

    In the same frying pan, add the sauce from Step 2, and bring to a boil. When it starts to boil, put the pork back into the pan, and coat with the sauce.

  6. 6

    Transfer the pork to a serving plate, garnish with vegetables of your choice, such as cabbage, and it's ready.
