These hamburgers are healthy and easy to digest.

I like mixing meat and tofu! The cooking time depends on the thickness of the hamburgers, so adjust accordingly while keeping an eye on them. Ingredients

4 servings
  1. Hamburgers:
  2. 300 gramsGround chicken
  3. 1/2 blockFirm tofu
  4. 2medium-sized Onion
  5. 1Egg
  6. 1 tbspKatakuriko
  7. 1 tspSalt
  8. 1 tspSoy sauce
  9. 1 pinchPepper
  10. Mushroom An
  11. 1/2 packagesMushrooms
  12. 200 mlDashi stock
  13. 2 tbspMirin
  14. 1 tbspSoy sauce
  15. 1/2 tspSalt
  16. 1/2 tbsp☆Katakuriko
  17. 1 tbsp☆Water

Cooking Instructions

    Place all the hamburger ingredients into a bowl, and thoroughly knead until it sticks together.

    Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat, divide the hamburger mixture into 4 equal portions, shape into patties, and fry in a pan. Cover with a lid and cook for about 5 minutes over medium heat.

    Flip the hamburgers, turn the heat down to low, cover with a lid, and cook for another 5 minutes.

    Wipe off the excess grease with a paper towel, move the burgers to the side, add the mushrooms, and saute. Add the rest of the ingredients aside from ☆, and bring to a boil.

    Mix ☆ with a spoon, and add to the pot to thicken. Arrange on a dishes, garnish with green onions, and you are done.

    This is a shiso leaf version. It is refreshing, and I recommend you try it this way too!
