Ingredients

  • 2eggs
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 12 ozbeer
  • 1 cupflour

  1. 1

    Stir eggs slightly to break yolks. Add beer and salt (gently). Add flour, keeping it lumpy. Flour and season fish and then dip fish into batter. Drop into hot fat.
