Ingredients

  1. 200 gmspaneer
  2. 2tomatoes
  3. 1/2 cupmethi leaves finely chopped
  4. 7,8cashews
  5. 1bay leaf
  6. 2cloves
  7. 1cardamom
  8. 1cinnamon stick
  9. 3pepper corns
  10. 1 Spoonchilli powder
  11. 1 Spooncoriander powder
  12. 1/2jeera powder
  13. 1/2 spoongreen chilli paste
  14. 1 Spoonginger paste
  15. As Per TasteSalt
  16. 2 spoonsoil
  17. 1 spoonghee
  18. 1 Spooncoriander leaves finely chopped

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Puree tomatoes and cashews to smooth.

    Heat oil adds methi leaves saute till dry transfer to a plate.

  3. 3

    Heat oil add cinnamon, bayleaf, pepper, cardmum add chilli powder,tomato puree saute it till oil seperates

  4. 4

    Add coriander powder, jeera powder, and prepared methi and give it a mix add salt, little water if needed to make gravy consistency add paneer pieces mix it.

    Add ghee, and coriander leaves, and serve with roti/rice.
