Easy and Super Tasty Pork and Winter Melon Simmered in Honey

I received some winter melon, so I stewed it up a bit.

This dish is delicious freshly stewed, but the flavor really sets in after it cools.
If you have the time, cook it up first, then move the pot to a somewhat cool place. (Warm it again before serving.) Recipe by Dorakaori

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Remove the seeds and peel the winter melon. Cut the winter melon and pork to desired sizes.

  4. 4

Transfer to a serving plate and you're done.
