Cooking Instructions

Slice bell pepper and onion

Cook the onion and bell pepper in a frying pan
* Make sure heat is on medium high so that you don't end up boiling them - 3
Put in 2 tbsp of sugar so that the onion can caramelize quicker

Pour 2 tbsp of red wine vinegar in after the onions change color

Cut up basil and put them into the pan

Put them into a plate after cook

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper

Keep the heat medium high and put the pork chops in and sear both sides

Put garlic and thyme along with cut up butter into the pan

Tilt pan and baste the meat with the butter for 4 minutes each side

After that, let the meat rest for as long as it was cooked
