Ingredients

  1. Onions
  2. Tomatoes
  3. Bell pepper
  4. Groundnut oil
  5. Salt
  6. Seasonings
  7. Washed and chopped spinach
  8. Sliced cucumber
  9. Boiled egg
  10. Yam (cut into medium cubes)

Cooking Instructions

    Cut your onions, tomatoes, bell paper into small chops and add into a pot containing small amount of Groundnut oil and put on the stove to fry.

    When fried, add a little water, seasonings and salt and allow to boil.

  3. 3

    Add your chopped yams into the pot and allow to cook.

  4. 4

    When almost done, add your spinach and to simmer for a min

  5. 5

    Serve with boiled eggs and sliced cucumbers
