Ingredients

  1. Fried Sallah beef meat
  2. Scotch bonnet
  3. Onions
  4. Seasoning
  5. White pepper
  6. PinchSalt
  7. Water
  8. Oil
  9. Garlic

Cooking Instructions

    Add water in a pot then add the beef meat followed by Chopped 1 Medium size onion and put them on fire until all the water has dried.

    Allow the meat to cool a little bit then make sure there is no longer any water on the meat

  3. 3

    Wash and rinse the Onions and Scotch bonnet and put them in a mortar and crush them very well with a pistle

  4. 4

    Add the garlic in the mortar and crush followed by the seasonings white pepper and a pinch of salt also until they're soft

  5. 5

    Then add the meat and crush all together. Make sure you Crush the meat with the pistle very well

  6. 6

    Add some little oil in a frying pan and put it on fire and then add the meat and continue stirring the meat until your desired consistency is achieved

  7. 7

    Note :Dont leave the meat on fire even for a minute.Continue stirring the meat until you're done
