Consomme Egg Soup in 5 Minutes

I just came up with this recipe when I was cooking dinner and realized that I completely forgot to make soup.

- Olive oil has its unique aroma so you can omit it if you don't like it.
- You can get a rich aroma by using butter.
- If you are adding any ingredients, put them in Step 1. It's good with bacon, sausage, onion, cabbage, carrots, spinach etc. Recipe by A-jin

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 400 mlWater
  2. 1and 1/2 teaspoons Consomme stock granules
  3. 1Egg
  4. 1Salt and pepper
  5. 1 smallamount Dried basil (or dried parsley)
  6. 5 grams- Butter (or olive oil)
  7. 1desired amount Ingredients of your choice
  8. To taste
  9. 1 dashGrated cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Add 400 ml of water to a pot, bring it to a boil and dissolve the consomme stock granules. If you are adding any ingredients, put them when it starts to boil and simmer for a while.

    When it comes to a boil, stir in the beaten egg and gently mix.

    Season with salt and pepper and finish by dropping in the butter or stirring in the olive oil.

    Serve in a soup cup and sprinkle with dried basil or parsley. I think it gets more aromatic with basil. The photo shows the soup with sausages.
