Ingredients

  1. 5 cupsgrinded Maize
  2. Water
  3. Cooking oil
  4. red oil
  5. Maggi
  6. salt
  7. curry
  8. tyme
  9. Cray fish
  10. pepper
  11. onions
  12. Meat
  13. moringa
  14. pumpkin seed
  15. leafy green Vegetables
  16. moringa,
  17. Groundnut
  18. water as required
  19. Tomato red 🍒
  20. garlic

Cooking Instructions

    First you take your maize to the grinding machine so that they grind it in to smaller pieces

  2. 2

    Wash it, wash it, wash it, I mean you should wash it very well so that all mash corn will go away set aside to rest

  3. 3

    Put your oil,that is red oil and your cooking oil all together

  4. 4

    Then add your crayfish with onions, garlic and fry them on low heat, put your your grind vegetables and fry them until the water on it is exhausted

  5. 5

    Add your seasoning, groundnut, and everything with curry locust beans and add water, when the water boils add your grinded maize and then allow to cook on low heat

  6. 6

    After then cut your green vegetables,moringa and add to the pot and don't forget to cook on low heat.

    It need alot of water, so little of the grinded maize will be ok.

    Serve hot 🔥🔥🔥
