Ingredients

4-6 people
  1. 1medium size yam
  2. Ugu
  3. 1 cuppalm oil
  4. 1-2Dryfish
  5. 1 cupcrayfish,
  6. Fresh pepper
  7. 1big bulb of onion to your tatse
  8. Obehi or eru(but preferably obehi)
  9. Spices (Maggi, onga,pinch of salt, nutmeg) to taste
  10. Enough water (6 cups)

Cooking Instructions

    Cut and wash the yam to desired cubes sizes

  2. 2

    Put your yam into a pot, big enough to contain your yam n pour your palm oil into the pot of yam

  3. 3

    Blend or pound pepper, crayfish, obehi, onion together and turn into d pot

  4. 4

    Wash your Dryfish with salt n hot water to remove d smell and turn into pot

  5. 5

    After mixing all the ingredients together put the pot on the fire add your spices together and close the pot to boil

    After lyk 30min the yam n all ingredients should b well cooked, the porriage stock would still b watering check if the yam is well cooked first

  7. 7

    If it's well cooked, add you veg(ugu)and turn turn n turn the porriage will now b thickened allow to simmer for a min, and your porriage z ready

  8. 8

    Serve and enjoy
