Ingredients

  1. 3-4ripe bananas
  2. 1/4 cupsugar
  3. 1 teaspoonnutmeg
  4. 3 cupsflour
  5. 2 tablespoonyeast
  6. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  7. 1 1/4 cupwarm water

Cooking Instructions

    In a small bowl,add the warm water,1tablespoon of sugar,yeast and set aside for 5min

    In a large bowl,add the bananas and the remaining sugar and mash it all together

  3. 3

    Mix the flour all together with nutmeg

  4. 4

    In a large bowl again,add the mashed banana and sugar mixture,the dry ingredients mix slowly and add yeast mixture

    Mix well until you have a smooth dough

    Cover the Dough and leave it aside for about 40-60min or until it’s doubled it’s size

    Heat the oil and make sure to use a deep pan,the oil most be hot but not too hot

    Test if the oil is hot enough by putting a drop of batter into the oil

  9. 9

    Grab a little bit of mixture at a time abnd drop it into the hot oil,let them until the the colour becomes golden brown

    Take them out of the oil and let them drain

    Then serve.you can serve it with sauce,nutella and enjoy
