  1. 2 cupsRice
  2. Boneless chicken
  3. 2/3 Cupschicken Stock
  4. 4 tbspVegetable oil
  5. 1 cupChopped carrot
  6. 1 cupSweetcorn
  7. 1-2Green and red pepper
  8. 3 piecesSausage
  9. 1/4Salt
  10. 2 tbspCurry
  11. 1/4 tspThyme
  12. 1 cupBoiled peas
  13. Finely chopped onion
  14. Garlic&ginger paste
  15. 8 cubesSeasoning
  16. 1 tspBlack & white pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Parboil the rice, set your cooking pot on fire, allow to dry, then pour vegetable oil.
    Allow to heat then add the sliced onions stir for 1-2 minutes then add the chopped carrot and
    green beans, any of this two can actually go first.

    Stir for 1-2 minutes then add the curry powder, add and stir till you are satisfied with the color

    Add in your sausage,cabbage and ball peppers and all your seasoning and allow it to cook for 2to 5mins

    Add in your parboiled rice and stir,cover the pot for 5 to 10mins t you are done with your fried rice
    Serve with salad or coleslaw
