Ingredients

  1. 1/4 tablespoonAsafoetida Hing
  2. as required Haldi
  3. 1large raw mango
  4. 1/2 tablespoonred chili powder
  5. as required Khatta aam(~35 gram after chopping,2/3 cups of piece )
  6. As Per Taste salt

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and chop 1 medium-sized mango into wedges about 1/2"thick and 2" long. The mango should be dark green and firm.

    In a bowl, mix together the 2/3 cup mango pieces, 1/2 tsp red chill powder, 2 large pinches of turmeric, 1/2 tsp asafoetida, and salt.

    Cover and set aside for 15 minutes.

    Serve as a side to Dal Rice or Curd Rice
