  5. 1/2 cupurad dal soak for 4-5 minutes then grind Keep 7-8 hours

  9. As per taste salt
  10. as required hing

    Take idli batter.Add salt,1 t. spoon.oil. Mix well.Make idlis in idli batter (15-20) minutes

    Pressure cook dal. In pan add oil, rai5-6 methi dana. Add veggies, haldi mirchi sambar powder, cooked dal. Add salt some water. Boil it

    Mixer coconut, chivda dal, chilli, ginger, salt.

    Give tadka of oil, rai, hing
