Slice the spinach to desired shapes and sizes

In a pot add the meat or fish and add salt,seasonings and water and set to cook

In another pot and palm oil and allow to heat

Add the onions and allow to fry till it's golden brown

Add the peppers and tomatoes and let to sauté

Add the meat or fish stock I.e water you used in cooking the fish or meat.

Let to boil

Add the spinach and let to boil for 2 minutes

Serve individually or alongside rice,pasta or swallow

This is optional and we didn't add any in this recipe.Apparently this dish is very specific and if you don't add the krachai it's not technically ขนมจีนน้ำยา. I was told that there aren't alternatives to this ingredient.I was also told that you can't live without krachai, so I recommend that you take a trip to your local Thai grocery store frozen section. If not, your life is incomplete (sorry).

Okro soup with ogbono
#Ashlab.Okro soup has been one of the most easiest and quickest soup to prepare.some argue that okro takes a lot of time and energy to make,but for me I used the blender method to blend my okro and ogbonno due to the fact that I don’t like the smell that comes from ogbonno,So blending it together with the okro removes the smell and also gives it a nice taste.It’s known as miyan kubewa in Hausa.I love everything about okro soup mixed with ogbonno,especially that part of draw,which makes it fun while eating. Blending your belly pepper,chilly pepper with the garlic,onions and cray fish gives the paste a nice aroma and also taste.Least I forget I used the processed okro because I couldn’t get the fresh okro here .You can cut spinach and add to your okro soup.Don’t forget to wash your hands before you start cooking and also wash all the veggies that needs to be washed.
