  1. 1medium yam
  2. Vegetable oil
  3. Scotch bonnet
  4. 1big onions
  5. 1 teaspoonginger
  6. Halftable spoon of turmeric
  7. 1 teaspooncurry
  8. 1fried fish
  9. 4eggs
  10. Spinach
  11. Maggi
  12. Salt
  13. Sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Peel your yam and wash.cut them into cubes.add your turmeric powder,sugar

    Put your oil on fire.when the oil is hot stat frying your yam.after finish frying put your yam on a strainer.keep aside

    Wash your onions, scotch bonnet, spinach,and slices them.keep them aside

    Remove your fish bone keep aside.beatvyour eggs and keep aside

  5. 5

    Add 2serving spoon of oil add your oninos and scocht bonnet fry for 2_3mintues.add your eggs fish and stir for 2 mintues.add your seasoning and fried yam stir fried for 5_10mintues add your spinach cook for 1_2mintues.serve hot

    Your can take it with juice of your choice or tea
