Ingredients

  1. 1.5-2 lbslean or extra lean ground beef
  2. 1Onion, Diced
  3. 3/4 headCabbage, sliced
  4. 1 bagfrozen Cauliflower, or Cauli Rice
  5. 2-3 Cupsbaby carrots (10-14 baby carrots)
  6. 1 cantomato soup
  7. 1/3-1/2big can tomato juice
  8. 1 candiced tomatoes
  9. as per tasteGarlic Powder, salt, black pepper
  10. 3-4Beef Bouillon cubes
  11. 2 Cwater
  12. 1 Cwater (or more, as desired)
  13. 2-3 TBSWorcestershire Sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Using a blender, add cauliflower florets and carrots, to chop very small or fine (to about the size of rice)

  2. 2

    In a skillet, brown lean ground beef with diced onions. While browning beef with onions, chop/slice your cabbage.

    Add beef and onion mix, carrot and cauliflower mix, Cabbage, diced tomatoes, tomato soup, tomato juice, Worcestershire Sauce, water, all into the crockpot with Beef Bouillon Cubes, Garlic Powder, Salt and black pepper.

    Cover and Cook on high setting for 6hrs or until Cabbage is tender. Stir a couple times throughout the cycle, and add optional sugar. Stir again and serve. Tastes great with fried cornbread!
