Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsRice
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Water
  4. Minced meat
  5. Carrot
  6. Bell pepper
  7. Onions
  8. Garlic
  9. Seasoning
  10. Spice,curry,thyme and cinnamon
  11. Oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak your rice for good 20mins then cook it like 75% cooked

  2. 2

    Diced your vegetables like onions,carrots and bell pepper

  3. 3

    Add little oil in a pot then add the diced onions and garlic

  4. 4

    Pour the minced meat in the oil keep stirring until the water in the meat is out.

    Add your spices and the seasoning,stir and cover the pot

  6. 6

    Add your vegetables now and allow to cook for some mins then add your 75%cooked rice and stir but Please don't over mix.

    Add a little water and cover the pot with foil paper and allow to stem for like 10mins.

    Now your dirty rice is ready to be save.You can garnish it with any kind of salad or coleslow
