  1. 4 cupsall-purpose flour
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 1/2 table spoonyeast
  4. 150grm butter
  5. 1/2ltre vegetable oil for frying,water

    Mix flour,sugar,yeast and butter together add water until properly mix and not sticking on hands

    Knead dough until smooth on the work surface.

    Cover in a bowl for 30 min until it double it size.

    Mold round place on trays cover again and leave for another 30 mins

  5. 5

    Then fry on a very low heat

  6. 6

    On a work surface sprinkle flour cut the dough into smaller shapes
