Try with Shiitake Mushrooms Stir-fried Pork with Garlic Chives and Eggs

I've been making this easy stir-fry dish for decades.

I add salt and pepper twice in this recipe so be careful not to put too much. Fry garlic chives lightly to leave them crispy. Add some garlic if you prefer. It is very tasty even without any. For 2 servings. Recipe by Randerion

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 50 gramsThinly sliced pork
  2. 50 gramsShiitake mushroom
  3. 1 bunchGarlic chives
  4. 1 cloveGarlic (optional)
  5. 2Eggs
  6. 1Salt and pepper
  7. 1 tspSoy sauce
  8. 1 tbspSesame oil

Cooking Instructions

    Rinse the garlic chives and cut into 3 cm lengths. Cut the pork. Slice the garlic and shiitake mushrooms into thin strips.

    Beat the eggs well.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a frying pan (reduce the amount if the pork is too fatty). Add the garlic and fry until the aroma is released. Add the pork and fry until the colour changes. Add the shiitake mushrooms and fry. Season with salt and pepper.

    Add the garlic chives and fry quickly. Season with salt and pepper. Add the eggs and drizzle the soy sauce around. Heat until the eggs are set to your liking.
