I wanted to think of an easy dish for bentos that I could make even during the busiest mornings.

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 50 gramsPork
  2. 1 bunchSpinach
  3. 2 tspSesame oil
  4. 1Salt and pepper
  5. 1 tspSoy sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Chop pork into bite-sizes, and spinach 2 cm-wide.

    Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork. When it's cooked, add spinach and stir-fry briskly. Season with salt, pepper, and soy sauce, then enjoy.

    IIkun-san made a variation that adds grated fresh ginger. Even more appetizing with the ginger's flavor!

    Here's yukamama-san's version with some minced garlic I'm sure it tastes delicious and sharp.

    And this is Pochamu-san's variation using bok-choy The bok-choy looks really crunchy.

    Takatsubame-san used ground meat in this variation It looks delicious with the umami-rich flavor of ground meat.

    Finally, here's Chusen-san's variation with salted pork and onions. It sure looks promising.
