I created this recipe because I wanted to eat a crunchy chicken dish. The consommé, salt, and pepper gives it a satisfying flavor.

*Pan fry the chicken on both sides over fairly low heat so that it cooks through to the center.
*If there's not enough oil in the pan, add more. For 2 servings. Recipe by annnnn

2 servings
  1. 1 sliceChicken breast or thigh meat
  2. 4 tbsp☆ Panko
  3. 2 tsp☆ Soup stock granules (consommé powder)
  4. 3to 4 dashes ☆ Salt and pepper
  5. 1 pinchof each ☆ Dried parsley
  6. 2 tbspor more Oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Put all the ingredients marked ☆ in a plastic bag. Puff up the bag and close it, and shake well to mix the ingredients together.

  2. 2

Remove the skin off the chicken and cut into bite size pieces. I cut it into 8 pieces this time. If the meat is thick, cut it horizontally first.

  3. 3

Put the chicken into the bag from Step 1 and shake well to coat the chicken evenly.

  4. 4

Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken over medium heat.

When both sides are golden brown, it's done!
