Cooking Instructions

Mince the garlic and stir-fry in a pan with sesame oil until fragrant.

Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and add to the pan.

Add the pepper and Chinese soup stock and stir-fry over high heat.
- 4
Add the soy sauce, toss, and serve.
- 5
This recipe also works with ong choy (Chinese water spinach).
