Ingredients

  1. 250snake ground(Padwal)
  2. 1onion
  3. 1tomato
  4. leavescoriander leaves
  5. 1 and half spoonKanda lahsun chutney
  6. for Tadka
  7. cumin seeds,
  8. turmeric powder
  9. 2 spoongroundnut powder

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the Padwal cut into pieces remove the seeds

    Cut into small pieces and wash with water

  3. 3

    Put the pan on the gas toss the Padwal pieces in oil for 2 minutes
    Remove the tossed pieces in a plate

    In the same pan, pour more oil, give Tadka, toss the onion and Tamatar put kandalasun chutney salt as per taste, put some Mug
    dal, and tossed PadaWal put on the medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes put groundnut powder

    Your Patwar Bhaji is ready to serve eat with chapati or roti
