Big Brownies with Cocoa

I made these to sell at a kindergarten bazaar. Since oil is used instead of butter, they are inexpensive. These brownies are light and not too rich, so they are great for kids to eat.

●Mix the eggs and sugar together very well at the beginning.
●Don't mix the flour too much at the end.
You don't need to melt any chocolate, so it's easy!

Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 4Eggs (room temperature)
  2. 150 gramsSugar
  3. 1 pinchSalt
  4. 200 mlVegetable oil
  5. 100 gramsRaisins (chopped up coarsely)
  6. 50 gramsWalnuts (chopped up coarsely)
  7. Sift together:
  8. 120 gramsPlain white flour
  9. 1 tspBaking powder
  10. 3 tbspPure cocoa powder

Cooking Instructions

    Line a baking sheet with kitchen parchment paper. Have all the ingredients ready to go.

    Mix the ingredients in the order listed in a large bowl, mixing well between additions.

    Pour the batter in the lined baking sheet, and bake in a preheated 180°C oven for about 25 minutes. Adjust the baking time and temperature to your oven.

    Let it cool down a bit, and then cut up in any size you like. You should cut them into squares since that's how brownies are supposed to be!?
