I ran out of vegetable oil,I decided to use Palm oil to make sauce for rice..
Let's go cooking..

Ingredients

  1. 500 gTomato Puree
  2. Sliced Amaranthus (Green)150g
  3. Onga Stew Seasoning Powder 2bs
  4. 1 tspCurry Powder
  5. 3/4 tspMixed Spices
  6. 1/4 tspRosemary
  7. Palm Oil 11/2cksp
  8. Salt (optional)lil
  9. Fried Fish

Cooking Instructions

    Heat up oil in a pot

  2. 2

    When hot,add tomato Puree,stir fry in med heat 1min

  3. 3

    Add 3/4cup of water,mix well,add other ingredients except salt, stir well

  4. 4

    Cook for 2mins

  5. 5

    Taste to adjust with lil salt or any ingredient if choice,mix well,cook for 2 mins

  6. 6

    Next,add vegetable,mix well, reduce flame to low,cook for max 1min

  7. 7

    When done,leave it open before serving with rice or yam or as desired,add protein
